SSSTS - important for Supervisors

Supervisors have a certain level of responsibility to their jobs and the people they are in charge of so help to ease the tension with SSSTS courses.

 

As you go up the career ladder, more and more is required to you in the way of skills and qualifications, entry level employees that start on the bottom will have to gain their required skills and qualifications as they intend to move up. Fields where supervisors need to make sure that they stay up to date in health and safety regulations, company policy and practises are ones that have the potential to be very dangerous to employees, this includes the construction industry, the food preparation industry and places that have people working on heavy machinery. Health and safety rules are constantly changing and being updated, this means that supervisors of different sites have to update their knowledge of these rules so that the risk of accidents or injury are as low as possible.
