NEBOSH Training Courses: Who, Why and How to Book - Easybook Training

NEBOSH courses will be a familiar sight to many. NEBOSH is a UK-based exam board known around the world for its quality and comprehensive training programmes and courses. The courses are suitable for all sectors and there are some specifically aimed at the construction industry, such as the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate, both in person and online, or the NEBOSH Certificate in Oil & Gas. But there are also several fire safety, environmental and general health and safety training courses available.

Why NEBOSH training courses?

Not only has NEBOSH been training professionals for more than 40 years, but 50,000 people take their qualifications each year in 130 countries. More than 800,000 people globally hold active NEBOSH qualifications! That’s why Easybook is delighted to offer NEBOSH training courses through our network of approved partners. They benefit individuals and businesses, and here are some of the key advantages for businesses.

Reduced workplace accidents and ill health

NEBOSH courses provide in-depth coverage of health and safety principles, legislation and best practices. This can help individuals to better understand their own responsibilities and how to stay safe at work, as well as develop the skills to identify and manage risks. Better equipped staff can help to prevent accidents and ill health. This can lead to significant cost savings for businesses in terms of sickness.

Improved compliance with legal requirements

Because NEBOSH courses cover relevant health and safety legislation, they help businesses operate in compliance with the law. This can help to avoid fines and prosecutions. They are also accredited by Ofqual and meet international quality standards.

More motivated and engaged workforce

Employees who feel that their employer is committed to their safety and wellbeing are more likely to be motivated and engaged in their work. NEBOSH training can help to create a positive safety culture within a business. Relevant training also boosts your employees’ confidence in their ability to understand and manage health and safety risks, particularly beneficial for those who are taking on new or more senior roles with safety responsibilities.

Demonstrates commitment to safety

Investing in globally recognised training courses demonstrates your commitment to health and safety to your clients, investors and other stakeholders. This can improve your reputation and brand image.
