What are the start and finish times of the course?

These are specific to a course and can be found within the course details under the date you request.

I haven't received an e-mail to confirm my booking.  How do I know if my booking has gone through?

How do I cancel my booking?

This must be done in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee.  Please see our Terms of Supply.  Alternatively you may you may be able to substitute a suitable delegate onto the same course on the same date for a small administration fee (24hrs notice required).

How long will it take for my refund to go through?

Your account will be credited within 3-5 working days.

Can I transfer my booking to another course?

You can transfer your booking to another course only once and this will be subject to availability and price change.  Transfers will need to be made at least 14 working days prior to the course commencement date and will incur an administration fee. 

What is the dress code?
