A multiple-choice test paper of 22 questions, three of which are free text, is sat at the end of the day, with a pass mark of 78% (21 out of 27). The exam is scheduled at a convenient time and conducted via a 1-2-1 Zoom video call with your tutor, and no secondary devices, including mobile phones, are allowed during the exam. On successfully passing the end of course assessment, delegates are awarded CITB certification, valid for five years.
