CITB - Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme
An SSSTS qualification is an essential part of site safety supervisor training. The Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) is accredited by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and is nationally recognised within the construction industry, endorsed by the UK Contractors Group as the standard training for all supervisors on UKCG sites.
Who should attend an SSSTS Course?
If you are working within a supervisory role on a construction site, then you will need appropriate health and safety training, which may mean undertaking a SSSTS training course. The importance of undertaking proper safety training when you are in charge of a construction site cannot be stressed enough as every year thousands of employees are injured at work, many within the construction industry.
