ONLINE Project Management 1 Day Course (Remote Learning)

This 1 day Project Management training course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as classroom-based training, however, you’ll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing. For this, you will need access to a table, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker.

If project management makes up a significant part of your role, this course will teach you everything you need to know about setting up and managing a successful project. We invite you to work on a current project during the course, if you can. You can test new techniques and methodologies to plan and schedule, as well as overcome any issues you may be facing.

This one-day virtual course in Project Management will give you the tools you need to feel more confident in delivering successful projects. By the end of the day, you’ll:

  • Understand the basic techniques that underpin successful projects

  • Understand which areas you need to focus on improving
  • Know how planning plays a key role in project management

Then, we’ll take you through the process, step by step, covering:

  • Project management techniques
  • What makes a successful project?
  • Why good communication is important
  • Common challenges you might face
  • Planning – objectives, desired outcomes and identifying customer needs
  • Limitations – resources and timescales
