Time Management Online Remote Learning Course

ONLINE Time Management 1 Day Course (Remote Learning)

This one day Time Management training course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as classroom-based training, however, you’ll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing. For this, you will need access to a table, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker.

If you ever find yourself wishing there were more hours in the day, this course is for you. Time is a precious resource, and in today’s busy world, it’s easy to focus too much of our time on the wrong activities. After identifying your main challenges and discovering new time management techniques on this eye-opening one-day course, you’ll become more efficient in the workplace, as well as at home.

You’ll be asked to keep a two-day activity log before joining this 1 day virtual training course, so you can identify key areas for improvement and leave with a personalised action plan to manage your time effectively, get more out of business meetings and be able to deal with interruptions decisively. You’ll also have the ability to:

  • Develop personalised strategies for time management issues
  • Identify your own areas for improvement
  • Become a master at prioritising
  • Plan smarter, being adaptable when necessary
  • Delegate effectively – you don’t need to do everything yourself
  • Make meetings work better for you, and for everyone else

Take control of your time management and see how much more productive you’ll be. Through a series of exercises, we’ll explore the common pitfalls and how to overcome them. Including:

  • How does your day look? Where are you losing time and how can you change your current habits?
  • Where does your time go? Analyse your working day and how it fits in with your objectives
  • Where can you make positive changes to your time management?
  • Setting the agenda – work out what’s urgent and how to prioritise
  • The best way to approach the way you work
  • Useful techniques for organising paperwork, handling interruptions and taking control of technology
  • Meetings – how to approach them in a more time-efficient way
  • Delegation – free up your time for more purposeful work

There’s no formal assessment for this course. However, you’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance for your records and qualify for 5.5 CPD hours.
