ONLINE Time Management 1 Day Course (Remote Learning)

Overview

This one day Time Management training course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as classroom-based training, however, you’ll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing. For this, you will need access to a table, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker.

After identifying your main challenges and discovering new time management techniques on this eye-opening one-day course, you’ll become more efficient in the workplace, as well as at home.

You’ll be asked to keep a two-day activity log before joining this 1 day virtual training course, so you can identify key areas for improvement and leave with a personalised action plan to manage your time effectively, get more out of business meetings and be able to deal with interruptions decisively. You’ll also have the ability to:

  • How does your day look? Where are you losing time and how can you change your current habits?
  • Where does your time go? Analyse your working day and how it fits in with your objectives
  • Where can you make positive changes to your time management?
  • Setting the agenda – work out what’s urgent and how to prioritise
  • The best way to approach the way you work
  • Useful techniques for organising paperwork, handling interruptions and taking control of technology
  • Meetings – how to approach them in a more time-efficient way
  • Delegation – free up your time for more purposeful work

Assessment

There’s no formal assessment for this course. However, you’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance for your records and qualify for 5.5 CPD hours.
