  • Reading reports – everything from assets, liabilities and expenditure, to profit & loss, cash flow and profit.
  • Measuring key ratios – calculating profitability, ROI, turnover and business trends
  • The fiscal year – from planning to year-end, including accruals and reserves
  • Expense control, and why it’s important
