This 2 day Essential Management Skills course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as the classroom-based Essential Management Skills 2 Day Course, though you'll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing rather than in person. Being a great people manager is all about effective communication, so if you're new to management, or you'd like to find out how to motivate your team and lead with confidence, this training course is for you.
To take part, you'll need access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker. Since one-to-one coaching forms a key theme throughout the course, it pairs naturally with the Coaching Skills 1 Day Course, building deeper expertise in that specific area once the broader management fundamentals are covered here.
For anyone completely new to a supervisory position, the Introduction to Management & Supervision 1 Day Course may be a gentler starting point before moving on to this more comprehensive two-day course. There's no formal assessment for this course, but delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance for their records and qualify for 11 CPD hours.
