ONLINE Train the Trainer 1 Day Course (Remote Learning)

This one day Train the Trainer course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as the classroom-based Train the Trainer 1 Day Course, though you'll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing rather than in person. A key factor in managing a team effectively is to give them the right tools to meet their targets, and this course is designed to help you hone your training, coaching and mentoring skills, so you can provide valuable guidance for your team.

To take part, you'll need access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker. Anyone wanting a deeper, more comprehensive grounding in training delivery should look at the Train the Trainer 2 Day Course, which builds on the fundamentals covered here with additional depth and practice time.

Since one-to-one coaching and group training draw on many of the same underlying skills, this course also pairs well with the Coaching Skills 1 Day Course, giving delegates a fuller picture of how to develop people both individually and in groups. There's no formal assessment for this course, but delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance for their records and qualify for 5.5 CPD hours.
