This 2 day Train the Trainer course will be delivered remotely, using instructor-led online learning. The course content remains the same as the classroom-based Train the Trainer 2 Day Course, though you'll attend a scheduled, interactive class via Zoom video conferencing rather than in person. If you manage a team, part of your role will involve training, and by playing the part of mentor and coach, it's your job to make sure everyone has the tools they need to achieve their professional goals.
To take part, you'll need access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, microphone and speaker. Anyone wanting a shorter, more focused introduction before committing to the full two days may prefer the Online Train the Trainer Course (Remote Learning), covering the core fundamentals in a single session.
Since one-to-one coaching and group training share many of the same underlying skills, this course also pairs well with the Coaching Skills 1 Day Course, giving delegates a fuller picture of how to develop people both individually and in groups. There's no formal assessment for this course, but delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance for their records and qualify for 11 CPD hours.
