As a Bookings & Customer Service Consultant, I handle client bookings, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects a high level of customer service. I love working with a great team and having plenty to keep me busy. It gives me real job satisfaction and makes me feel like I’m contributing to the team’s success. I approach each day with a positive mindset and always aim to do my best.
I’ve been working since I left school at 18, gaining experience in construction merchants and insurance before joining Easybook. When I started in November 2025, I saw this role as an exciting new challenge and an opportunity to further develop my skills. I thrive in a fast‑paced environment and find the role both rewarding and motivating.
Something you might not know is that I’m a keen sports fan. If I’m not watching darts, pool, golf or football, I’m probably playing them. Sports are a big part of my life and something I’m always happy to chat about.
