1. To enter a competition you must be a UK resident.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Easybook Training Ltd, any subsidiary of Easybook Training Ltd or any suppliers or business partners.
3. Entries will only count on valid SMSTS 5 Day courses, with a start date in September or October 2013.

4. Only one entry per booking.
5. Entrants must correctly enter the promotional code during the course booking process.
6. Online and telephone bookings will be entered into the competition.
7. The closing date is the 30th September 2013, and Easybook Training Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
10. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. Data collected from the competition (name, email addresses) may be used by Easybook Training for marketing purposes. Once subscribed, subscribers can un-subscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. Information will not be sold or given to any third parties.
13. Easybook Training reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
14. Easybook Training will endeavour to send the prize within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee delivery time.
