As the Administration & Accounts Assistant at Easybook Training, I’m responsible for updating course information on our website, providing delegates with the necessary pre‑requisites, issuing certificates and sending pass confirmations. One of the things I love most about working at Easybook Training is the close‑knit, family‑like atmosphere we’ve built.

Before joining the team, I worked in both retail and insurance, giving me a strong background in customer service. Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding, something I’ve done since I was four years old and still make time for at least once a month. I also love relaxing in front of the TV with my boyfriend and our two cats, or heading out with friends.

A fun fact about me is that I used to be a cheerleader in secondary school. I was the flyer (the one who gets lifted and thrown into the air) thanks to being small and lightweight. In 2008, our team competed in the British Cheerleading Association Southern Classics competition in Brighton, which is still one of my favourite memories.
