I joined Easybook Training in 2014, and as Operations Manager I’m responsible for overseeing our Sales, Accounts and Admin teams, working closely with both new and long‑standing customers, and onboarding new training providers so we can continually review and expand our course offering. I also manage our ISO 9001 accreditation, which involves developing and implementing processes that keep us streamlined and operating as efficiently as possible.
What I enjoy most about working at Easybook Training is seeing how the business has evolved and grown over the years. We’ve built a strong, dedicated team that’s always improving, and the fast‑paced nature of the work makes the days (and the years) fly by.
Outside of work, I love travelling, exploring new countries and, most importantly, soaking up some warmer weather. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends, enjoying dinners out and a few drinks together.
