Experience

My key responsibility is the prompt and accurate collection of all monies owed to the company. I manage customer accounts, handle sales ledger queries, including underpayments and overpayments, and issue invoices or credits when required. My role also involves sending documents via email, and supporting the Finance Department with invoice allocation and bank reconciliations.

One of my favourite parts of working at Easybook Training is the wonderful team around me. Their ambition, drive to evolve, and commitment to growing the company make it an exciting place to be.

My career has always centred around Accounts, Credit Control, and Purchase Ledger. I enjoy problem-solving, and my strengths lie particularly in Credit Control and sales ledger accounting. I approach my work calmly and effectively, always aiming to deliver the highest level of customer service. I’m approachable, supportive, and always happy to assist colleagues whenever needed.

Outside of work, I love listening to house music, exploring fashion, gardening, and enjoying sunny holidays with my husband. I’m a proud step‑nanny to two gorgeous boys; our play dates are always full of fun. I also love socialising with friends, and I’ve recently taken up DJ’ing, a hobby that brings me a lot of joy!
