Hi, I’m Lucy, one of the founders of Easybook Training. When we established the business back in 2009, our goal was simple: deliver exceptional customer service and create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy being part of the team. I’m incredibly proud that we’ve achieved this and continued to maintain it over the years — especially with several members of our team having been with us for more than nine years.
We’re always excited to take on new challenges and explore opportunities to grow, whether that’s expanding our training offering or embracing new technologies that move the business forward. One of our next big steps is onboarding our digital workers and becoming part of the Agentic AI community, which we’re all looking forward to.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors — walking the dog or spending time with our pony. I love travelling, discovering new places, dining out, and hosting parties for friends and family.
Something most people don’t know about me (until now) is that I can complete a Rubik’s Cube!
