Having been with Easybook Training since 2017 i've now progressed to Booking and Customer Service Manager. 

I oversee the bookings team and ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. Easybook Training has a real family feel, and being part of such a close‑knit, supportive group is one of the things I value most about my role. I manage the day‑to‑day operations on the sales side of the office, making sure all customer enquiries are handled smoothly and promptly. I also support the admin team by keeping our website updated with all available courses across the UK and ensuring that our clients receive excellent after‑care once their training is complete.

When I’m not managing and supporting my colleagues, I love making the most of my time outside of work. I’m very social and enjoy spending time with friends. Going to the gym helps me stay focused, energised, and maintain a healthy work/life balance. I also love travelling, exploring new places and taking a break from day‑to‑day routines whenever I can.

Before joining Easybook, I worked as a chef. Although it was a completely different environment, the skills I gained such as working under pressure, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships, have been invaluable in my current role.
