Another vital part of food safety, is ensuring cleanliness within your restaurant.  This can mean something as simple as washing their hands in the right way.  A lot of instances of food contamination, and food poisoning can be traced back to bad hygiene procedures.  For example, if you have handled raw meat, there are certain cleanliness procedures you need to follow before handling other foods.
