The NVQ Level 2 in Interior Systems (Dry Lining Fixing) course is aimed at candidates who are currently employed as a dry liner (finisher or fixer) and who want to achieve a qualification that recognises their skills and expertise. On successful completion of the course, students will be able to apply for their CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card.
Topics covered by the course include how to fit plaster board panels to walls and ceilings, health and safety, moving and handling.
Applicants MUST be at least 16 years old and have a good understanding of the English language. The course is designed so the learner can gain the qualification while at work and enhance their career prospects.
