If you’re a supervisor, site manager or CDM coordinator in the construction industry, it’s your job to make sure everyone is working safely on site. By studying for the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate as an online course, you’ll learn how to minimise risk to staff and contractors by putting key measures in place, spot common hazards, challenge dangerous behaviour and manage risk.
Whether you’re managing a building or overseeing a temporary workplace, this updated and re-launched (2021) e-learning course from NEBOSH allows you to learn the foundations of health and safety at your own pace, with reference materials you can refer back to.
The recommended study time is 108 hours and will include online reading materials (which can be downloaded for offline study), activities, video summaries and mock assessments. Delegates will be able to complete the training on any of the following devices: PC, laptop or tablet.
An expert team of mentors will be available to offer full learning support throughout the duration of the online course. They can be contacted by phone, email, Skype or via a technical tutor support messaging system.
The NEBOSH Certificate is accepted by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) as it meets the academic requirements for Technician Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH). It’s also accepted by The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), for associate membership.
