Heads of the Valleys Training (HOV) is a family-run training centre established in 1969 and based in Abergavenny, South Wales, offering training solutions to the industrial, logistics, and construction sectors. The company has built decades of expertise across vocational driver training and machinery qualifications.

The provider's specialisms span LGV and PCV driver training, including Class 1, Class 2, minibus, and bus licences, Driver CPC and Transport Manager CPC courses, and ADR dangerous goods training.
