JRS Training & Assessment

JRS Training and Assessment is a construction training specialist with a mission centred on providing every learner with a genuinely personalised development journey, regardless of their starting point. The company places a strong emphasis on getting to know individual learners and their employers before delivery begins, recognising that even two people in the same role may have very different goals and needs.

The provider's course range spans health and safety, plant operations, temporary works, and first aid, alongside an extensive NVQ portfolio covering Levels 2 to 7. NVQ specialisms include plant operations, asbestos, demolition, bricklaying, carpentry, site supervision, site management, and senior construction management, giving learners a structured progression pathway from Blue Card through to Black Card qualifications. Short course delivery is built around CITB Site Safety Plus, CITB Leadership and Management, NOCN SiteRight, and NPORS plant training and Experienced Worker Tests.

JRS Training is accredited through CITB and NPORS, and helps eligible businesses navigate CITB Employer Networks and grant funding to reduce training costs. The company also takes an active community role, working closely with charities to develop young talent from disadvantaged backgrounds and open pathways into construction careers.
