PSI Global Training is the dedicated training division of PSI Global, a multi-disciplinary industrial services group operating across recruitment, training, and workforce solutions. Based at a purpose-built training facility in Liverpool, the first of its kind in the North West, the company specialises in industrial coatings and protective surfaces training, alongside ECITB-accredited engineering construction safety qualifications.

The provider's primary specialism is the globally recognised Train the Painter programme, an industry-leading accredited pathway for protective coatings applicators developed with input from major industry bodies. As an affiliate member of Train the Painter, PSI Global delivers the full programme from entry-level Protective Coatings Applicator through to Abrasive Blast Cleaning, Thin Film and Thick Film Intumescent Coating, Spray Painter, Marine Coating Application, and Coating Supervisor courses, with PSI notably developing the first and only accredited Thick Film Intumescent training in the UK. The training facility features dedicated glossing and spraying booths, giving delegates hands-on practical experience in professional coating environments.

Alongside its coatings specialism, PSI Global Training is ECITB-accredited to deliver the CCNSG Safety Passport and CCNSG Renewal courses, supporting those working in engineering construction and installation and maintenance sectors.

Group-level accreditations include RISQS, CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SMAS, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, alongside membership of the Wales Nuclear Forum and signatory status on the Railway Mental Health Charter and Armed Forces Covenant, reflecting a genuinely values-led business with broad sector engagement.
