Alpha Safety Training

Alpha Safety Training is an established training provider based in South Wales, founded in 2009 by Managing Director Paul Jones. Starting as a small two-person enterprise delivering basic compliance courses, the company has grown into a team of over 20 staff operating across dedicated facilities in Swansea and Cardiff, including purpose-built construction academies.

The provider's specialisms span a wide range of industries, from core occupational essentials like First Aid through to construction-specific training such as Confined Space, Forklift operation, PASMA, NPORS, and MEWPs courses. Courses are accredited through a range of recognised bodies, including IOSH, CITB, City & Guilds, IPAF, and RTITB.

Alpha Safety Training is a CITB Approved Training Organisation and an approved CITB Internet Test Centre, supporting clients with CITB grant funding and CSCS card requirements through the HS&E Test. The company also holds ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, reflecting its commitment to quality management across its training delivery.

While based in South Wales, Alpha Safety Training delivers throughout the UK via classroom, remote, and e-learning formats, supporting both individual learners and businesses across the construction sector and beyond.
