RSC Training Ltd was founded in 2015 by Directors Richard Chapman and Lyndsey Wright, identifying a gap in the market for working-at-height training in South East London. Starting from a single centre in Woolwich, the company has since relocated its London operation to Thamesmead and opened a second dedicated training centre in Soham, Cambridgeshire, extending its geographic reach across London and into the East of England.

The company's core specialisms are PASMA, IPAF, and Ladder Association training, delivered across an exceptionally broad range of course types. The PASMA portfolio covers towers for users and managers, towers on stairs, cantilever, bridge, linked, and large deck towers, low level access, and combined qualifications. IPAF training spans single, dual, and triple category operator and demonstrator courses across 1b, 3a, and 3b categories, alongside Push Around Vertical (PAV), MEWPs for Managers, harness awareness, harness user and inspector qualifications, MEWP Spotter, and loading and unloading. Ladder Association courses cover user, inspection, and combined qualifications for standard ladders, step ladders, and step stools at both operative and manager level.

Beyond its working-at-height specialisms, RSC Training also delivers First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, confined space training at medium risk level, manual handling, and abrasive wheels courses.

Fully accredited by PASMA, IPAF, and the Ladder Association, with instructors carefully selected for subject-specific expertise, RSC Training has built an excellent reputation among both large organisations and smaller businesses for technically strong, customer-focused training delivery.
